When I ask... read more I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. It took 30 minutes just to receive my food, which came out cold and missing the toppings I requested. When I asked for it to be fixed, they claimed they would make me a new one, but only offered me relish in a cup. It was disappointing and dishonest that they couldn't fulfill their promise. Both my hot dog and fries were cold. I do not recommend this place.

The chefs used high-quality ingredients, including homemade pickles and ketchup. The ketchup was so delicious that I ended up buying a bottle to take home. The servers were also very friendly.

We traveled a long distance to dine here, only to receive poor service. Upon sitting down, we were immediately handed menus without a greeting. No one returned to take our order or check on us, while others around us were getting served. Eventually, my husband had to inquire if we needed to order at the counter, to which the response was no. The server seemed lost and we waited an hour for our food. When it finally arrived, the fries were cold and the lettuce was brown. The shake we ordered was mediocre and overpriced, with barely any ice cream and excessive whipped cream. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

I also ordered a chocolate shake, but it didn't taste very chocolatey so I would pass on that if I were you.

I wanted a vegetarian burger but they didn't have any left so I had to settle for a turkey burger which was just fine. Definitely way more overpriced than it should have been. Fries were also just okay and my SO wasn't impressed with his brisket sandwich. Id say there's much better options at ponce than H&F burger.
