The sides at this restaurant are quite good and there's a nice variety to choose from. However, the quality of the meat isn't great; if you're looking for better cuts, you should head to Longhorn. I tried about five different options, including the top sirloin, and was disappointed with the quality. I’m giving it four stars because the customer service was excellent and the sides were enjoyable. One thing to note is the valet parking—those guys seemed rather distracted and were not very polite. Additionally, the SMS confirmation didn’t come through to my phone.
One aspect I didn't appreciate was when a server came around with a shrimp dish. I wish our server had made it clear that this dish wasn't included in the EXPERIENCE. It wasn't about the cost—if I had the means, I could have paid for anything else—but that unexpected moment was awkward and embarrassing. To add to my confusion, they didn't include that dish on my bill but treated it as a separate meal. It felt like people were circling around my friends and me, as if we had taken something without paying for it. I really want to understand why this wasn't explained better, especially given the language barrier. If the server had communicated more clearly, there wouldn't have been any misunderstandings, and my friends and I would have been better informed about what we were being served. Despite that incident, everything else went well, and we enjoyed a wonderful evening celebrating my 46th birthday. I also appreciated the staff and our server for providing a birthday dessert! Overall, I’d be open to giving this restaurant another chance. Next time, I’ll make sure to know what to ask for regarding the EXPERIENCE.
Made reservations 6:45 didn’t sit till 8:05pm valet also told part of our party they had no parking to self park and then next car behind got valet service not sure if they saw young men vs older and felt a way. The host Mitchell was super bomb. The food was served very unique it is an experience for sure. It’s a place to go if you eat all types of meats. Not much for kids unless they eat meat too. Salmon is hit or miss since they don’t have a lot on hand you could miss out. The seabass was not good two people tried at our table. The dessert was so bomb. Over all fine dining you get what it is. The staff nice bathrooms clean. But it’s an experience with how you get food they have a card in table which let the servers know if you want more servings.
Then they introduced a new dish to me: bite-sized grilled cheese made with real white cheddar, lightly dipped in honey and perfectly grilled to a brown color while still firm enough to hold. It was absolutely delicious! The only slight disappointment was the picanha; it wasn't as well-seasoned as it usually is. This is typically my favorite dish, but it didn't detract from my overall experience. I had so much pleasure dining here, and it was definitely worth it!
Omg! This was my first time here. They nailed it!! All the workers were great and friendly. The style is high end but the atmosphere is so laid back. It's pretty much all you can eat for the price you pay. There's two options. 40$ for all you can eat and 6 different meat samples, which is all you can eat. 63$ for all you can eat and 12 meat options. In my opinion the lamb steak was the best. You still have to purchase drinks of course. Both options come with lamb steak but only the 2nd option comes with the lamb chops. They come to your table with sizzling meat until you say enough.
