I've dined here several times... read more When we inquired about the portion sizes, the staff responded with such disdain—if looks could kill, we would have been done for. I've dined here several times in the past, but this was by far the worst experience I've had. I plan to throw the food away! If I were to return for a refund, I can only imagine the reception I would receive. It was a complete waste of $30, especially given the current economic climate with inflation on the rise. Shame on you, Fireside. You won’t be seeing any more of my hard-earned money!

Rice might not be fully cooked, over-salted stew peas, more fat than meat (oxtail and stew beef).The service staff is ALWAYS a miss, not to mention rude, unwelcoming, and not in the mood to give any useful information (like they are out of a particular menu item).They throw the food on the plate like they are dashing away their last bit of hopes and dreams. No customer service skills and they don't even try. Go if you must but be prepared to be annoyed and possibly disappointed once you try to chew that undercooked, dry a rice.
