I am a spaghetti lover and Fazoli's has never disappoint me! Excellent customer service. The automated order system is really cool. I have a habit of calling my order in as soon as I get in my car to drive home. The system remembers my favorite order, and my name. I don't have to waste time mashing buttons. I love this place. My granddaughter and I went here yesterday. The service was top-notch! The food was fresh and delicious. The lady was so helpful. It was our first time at this location and she helped us place our order. She even told us about the app and how to scan the receipt to earn future rewards. I will definitely return. Give them a try. The gentleman at the door was incredibly kind. Since we were out of town and unaware that it was only for takeout, he informed us about nearby seating options. He even offered us broth sticks while we waited and was very friendly. I would love to come back on another trip. The food was good and reasonably priced, making it a great value for a quick lunch. Thank you for the excellent service!

Where has Fazoli's been all my life? This is one of the best places I’ve ever eaten! I've just started exploring the menu, and everything I’ve tried so far has been delicious! Just go in and order anything; you won’t be disappointed!

Love their pasta! Stick to pasta PizZa was no better than convenience store Wings not crispy at all Although the hot had really nice flavors but the skin was flaccid Cheesecake half the size w no whip cream that you would get at the Cheesecake Factory Just order the pasta flavors are good Wings meh pizza no way! No I assume salads are ok
