I ordered the E Signature Ramen and it was amazing—the broth was rich in flavor, the noodles had the perfect texture, and the spice level was spot on. However, the Chashu was somewhat dry, and I wasn’t a fan of the smoky flavor in the egg. The prices were a bit on the higher side, but overall, the ramen was quite good, and I’m looking forward to trying more dishes from the menu.

Unfortunately, they were served without seaweed or dried mushrooms, and instead included green beans. I personally prefer a more traditional ramen style. Overall, I would give the dish a rating between 3 and 4. On a positive note, the restaurant is conveniently situated in the center of Atlanta.

The food, particularly the signature and lobster dishes, was exceptional. The staff offered great sake recommendations that aligned perfectly with our tastes. The service was warm and welcoming, and we were pleasantly surprised that they recognized us on our second visit. We wish we had a restaurant like ERamen near us. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Atlanta.

This is the best ramen I’ve ever had, and I’m a huge ramen fan. The menu is incredibly creative, offering a great variety of non-ramen dishes as well. They have excellent sake, a carefully selected draft beer list, fantastic cocktails, and outstanding service. My wife said, “Let’s eat here for every meal in Atlanta,” and it was hard to disagree. I can’t wait to return.

This is... read more The presentation was excellent for takeout. While I haven't had the chance to dine in and enjoy ramen at E Ramen, I have enjoyed their takeout options. This is definitely one of the best ramen spots in Atlanta for takeout. The atmosphere inside is great as soon as you walk in. I’m looking forward to trying more items from their menu.
