I visited this restaurant to study and use the Wi-Fi. When I inquired about the Wi-Fi, one of the staff members was unsure and referred me to the manager, who seemed indifferent to my question. That’s why I’m giving it three stars. The location is decent, but if you’re relying on a stable Wi-Fi connection, it's a bit of a gamble here.

My server “Wyatt” was absolutely awesome. Lots of cars in the drive threw but the line moved fast. Wyatt was making food, making the food all well having a smile. Definitely coming back. Thank you Wyatt!

I ordered 2 caramel macchiato with oat milk, toasted almonds, and 4 pumps of caramel, and I got dark coffee with no oat milk and no toasted almond, and tasted bitter!! Are you guys serious? I order a coffee and expect to get it as I asked for and I paid for every single thing I asked to be included in my coffee!!! The worst experience ever, and will never order from this store.

Service was quick and so many choices of donuts. Staff was not rude but not really friendly either. I guess they were just being professional but made the atmosphere a bit cold.

Well my last visit to this location was on 11/08/22 receipt information is CK48 5:03am (DRIVE THRU)!! My experience at this location generally averages 2/5 stars but on this particular morning it dropped to 1/5 stars. The cashier whom was an older lady(KETAN) seems to be culturally incompetent and understands minimal-no English. However, she is VERY competent with asking formoney but does not listen to a customer 's complaint. I reached out the the "ARL/area manager- namedTerry from the North Region "about the WATERY coffee that was not replaced from a previous visit. Terry 's follow through was null and void and she did notsecure a replacement coffee. Being a customer that visits Dunkin Donuts 4x per week spending my hard earned cash this was a mereslap in my face. This particular location is not a regular one that I visit. My complaint was not taken care of by the locationNOR did Terry the area manager take care of my complaint. The appropriate step for Terry the Area Manager to have completed wasto at least MAIL a gift certificate to my home address since KETAN the older lady of the store does not understand or can 't readENGLISH. THIS LOCATION HAS TO DO BETTER WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE. IF A COFFEE NEEDS TO BE REPLACED JUST REPLACE IT MY GOODNESS.ESPECIALLY IF THE FILTER IS OLD OR THE COFFEE IS WEAK AND WARM. My receipt
