The cream cheese had... read more The staff was friendly and helpful. The quality of Dunkin's food is slipping. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and a Boston cream donut. The cream cheese had no taste and had a slight gel consistency. There was barely any cream filling in the donut.The few chairs inside we're kind of scant and scattered about. It was not inviting or comfortable to sit there to eat. It feltmore like a waiting room at a gas station car repair shop. Even the music that was playing was clearly off track and it didn'tseem there's anything the employees could do to correct the annoyance.

I figured today I would go ahead since I had to wait longer for my train. Well, I mobile ordered and got my coffee?it was disgusting disappointing. Iorder my iced coffee the same EVERYWHERE I go, so I know what it?s supposed to look taste like. So when I got this one Iimmediately noticed how dark it was! Didn?t even look like cream (2) was added. The taste was horrid, the coffee tasted burnt bitter. The cashier gladly remade me another one but had to let me know that it was so bitter cause I didn?t have enough cream.Girl?I get it the same everytime as I?ve mentioned before. So how come I get it one way at another place it tastes amazing.But I order it the same here and it?s because I don?t have enough cream? So she added an unknown amount of cream, which I onlylike 1-2, and I can say it?s just as bad as the first coffee I received (it was then too light). All this to say, I won?t bereturning to this location even if it was the last one on earth.

This is just 4 minutes walk from Lindbergtransit station.

When I pulled up to the window, it took about three minutes to get someone's attention, and then they blamed me for the delay. I do not recommend this Dunkin' Donuts.
