**Restaurant Review: A Mixed Bag Experience at Dunkin'**
Dunkin' in Atlanta presents a stark contrast in customer experiences. While some patrons enjoy consistently friendly service and expertly crafted drinks, others face dissatisfaction with cold food, lengthy wait times for mobile orders, and a decline in product availability under new management. Complaints about staff attitudes and cleanliness further color the narrative. However, loyal customers appreciate the establishment's resilience amidst challenges, noting instances of exemplary service during trying times. One of the most dirty dunkin' stands. coffee can be made better, didn't look drinkable at all.
This location is the worst. I ordered a mobile pick up before arriving and had to wait 20mins for my order. Mobile pickups are usually for people that are on the go and have some where to be. If I had 20 mins to wait then I would’ve went through the drive thru
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. When we arrived, the woman at the counter made a comment suggesting that we were bad for business because of our race, which was quite unsettling. It seemed like the owner and two staff members left shortly after we walked in, leaving just one overwhelmed employee to manage everything. The chairs and tables were stacked, making it impossible to dine in. Additionally, the restroom was closed. If you're a fan of gas station coffee, this place might be for you, but I wouldn't recommend it otherwise.
A few weeks ago I would have given 1 star, there was always a long line, and the women working behind the counter seemed overwhelmed and angry every time I went in. They have new staff since Thanksgiving. There?s no line now and the staff are niceand seem to have a positive attitude. It really makes a difference. Thank you and keep up the good work!
Worst experience ever! The owner had a packed house and messed up my order. I thought I was being kind and got back in line so I can ask for the correct drink. When I finally got to the front he tried to blame me for the mistake. Me tired of being theresince 30 mins had already passed I just politely asked how much I needed to pay for the drink and then continued to wait. I thenwaited another 20 minutes and still did not have my drink. I then got BACK in line (trying to be polite even though I definitelyshouldn't been rude looking back) go ask for a refund. Then owner then starts arguing with me saying he can just make the drinknow and how it's all my fault anyways. I don't even write reviews but for this horrible experience I made an exception. I justwish I was tacky enough to take back the tips I had already put in the tip jar.
