My favorite little cafe to go and hangout awhile, watching the planes enjoying really good food and service. I love the fact that you don't see the restaurant until you go through a door at the end of a hall, and, voila! You are there. Our server Jada was so nice, friendly and knowledgeable. I would like to give a shout out to Ashleigh as well! The whole staff is great! View all feedback.
This charming restaurant is located inside DeKalb Peachtree Airport. I visited for the karaoke and I’m already looking forward to returning to explore more of their events. The staff was friendly and inviting. I can’t wait to go back!
This restaurant offers a truly unique experience at the Peachtree Dekalb Airport, located on the second floor of a site that once served as a military training camp during both World Wars. The location is steeped in history and provides the opportunity to sit right by the runways, where you can watch planes take off and land, enjoying your meal either indoors or outdoors. You might even strike up a conversation with travelers who’ve just arrived on their private planes. The service is excellent, and the food is absolutely delicious. I find myself returning time and again!
Getting to the restaurant can be a bit unclear, but just take the last left turn that wraps around the building leading to the parking lot. The restaurant is located upstairs and to the right. The food is classic diner fare, with a menu that caters to various tastes. My group ordered the Greek gyro, fish and chips, and country fried steak, and everyone enjoyed their meal. The highlight of this place is the patio, which offers a view of the airport's central runway—perfect for plane spotting. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely come back!
Our son was discharged from CHOA from his 6th procedure and he LOVES planes and helicopters. They gave us a front row seat to all the planes and helicopters and gave our sweet boy an experience he will never forget. We are forever greatful for their fantastic staff and great food.
Still my favorite spot in ATL...
