I went to Double Zero for my first time the end of 2022 and the pizza was pretty delicious!! I think I'd come back just to see them use scissors to cut the pizza again! Christopher served us- he was very accommodating and personable! He went above and beyond! View all feedback.
What Stephen B doesn't like about Double Zero:
My wife and I and her family went there this week for her Birthday dinner on 8/3/23 and while we love music, it was way louder than we remember on previous occasions. The food was as impeccable as always but the atmosphere shouldn’t take away from the experience; in this case it did. I felt like the manager must have been out and the employees, mostly Emory students, took over the place. View all feedback.
The food was great, but the service was a step beyond nonexistent. I went here for my birthday, as I had heard good things about the restaurant. My girlfriend even indicated we were celebrating a birthday on the reservation. After being seated by the hostess I had to wait 15 minutes before any server came to wait on our table. We had to repeatedly ask for water, as the waiter would come by once every 20 minutes and seemed almost bothered that they had to wait on us. A time or two they seemed almost disgruntled that we were asking for water or to have plates cleared. The server who delivered my food, a different one than our waitress, walked up to the table and said “I have some pasta that I think is bolognese?” As if they neither knew what food they were holding or what food I had ordered. My girlfriends food came a whopping 10 minute after mine was delivered, and by then I had nearly finished (she also ordered pasta). After both the appetizer and entre no one came to check on us in the slightest, they dropped the food, left, and returned 20 minutes later assuming it was good. Although I didn’t expect any special treatment for my birthday reservation, not a single one of the wait staff even made a mention that it was my birthday. For only getting 1 birthday dinner a year, this solidified that I’ll never spend another one at this restaurant.

This was the first time we had dinner here. We went to a friend's retirement party here a long time ago and I didn't remember much about the food but that was better because we had no expectations. We ordered the meatballs and they were delicious. The sauce that came with the meatballs were amazing that I could lick the plate clean! This says a lot since I make my own at home. I ordered the Bianca meatball pizza and my husband had the chicken fricassee. The sauce and the pasta were so delicious. My pizza was so good. My husband ordered the chocolate gelato and it was too rich. The cannolis could a little less sweet. The bad thing I would say is parking. We had to find street parking since there were no spots behind or in front but that's a minor problem. I would highly recommend and we'll be back.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Double Zero Pizza, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience! The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant dining experience from start to finish. Now, let's talk about the food. The pizzas at Double Zero are truly delicious. The crust was perfectly cooked, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. I especially enjoyed their Garlic Knots, which were a delightful blend of softness and garlic goodness. One thing that impressed me was their great specials. From the $10 pizza deal on Mondays to the $12 calzones on Tuesdays and the tempting $9 beverage specials on Wednesdays, there are plenty of options to satisfy any craving. I also appreciate their pasta dishes, which are equally delightful. The Thursday pasta specials offer a variety of flavors and are definitely worth trying. Overall, my experience at Double Zero Pizza was excellent. The combination of tasty food, friendly service, and a cozy ambiance made it a memorable dining outing. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for delicious pizza and a great dining experience in Atlanta
