My wife and I and her family went there this week for her Birthday dinner on 8/3/23 and while we love music, it was way louder than we remember on previous occasions. The food was as impeccable as always but the atmosphere shouldn’t take away from the experience; in this case it did. I felt like the manager must have been out and the employees, mostly Emory students, took over the place.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Double Zero Pizza, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience! The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant dining experience from start to finish. Now, let's talk about the food. The pizzas at Double Zero are truly delicious. The crust was perfectly cooked, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. I especially enjoyed their Garlic Knots, which were a delightful blend of softness and garlic goodness. One thing that impressed me was their great specials. From the $10 pizza deal on Mondays to the $12 calzones on Tuesdays and the tempting $9 beverage specials on Wednesdays, there are plenty of options to satisfy any craving. I also appreciate their pasta dishes, which are equally delightful. The Thursday pasta specials offer a variety of flavors and are definitely worth trying. Overall, my experience at Double Zero Pizza was excellent. The combination of tasty food, friendly service, and a cozy ambiance made it a memorable dining outing. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for delicious pizza and a great dining experience in Atlanta
I came here for the first time a few weeks ago on a weeknight. The service was great and the food was really good! Especially the drinks pasta. There was also a nice atmosphere to have a casual dinner. It was just a bit pricey.
Prices were decent, we started with the garlic knot and this is a must have. A lot of meat on my plate. Only issue was too salty, and I like salt but even too much for me. Wife had the mushroom dish and liked it. Cocktail was neat, but $15 so I guess this is where they make their money. Overall pretty decent, but out the door at $100 with tax and tip for two people. Not sure I would be rushing back, but it was worth a night out to try. Price per person: $30–50 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Garlic Knot
Our 1st time dining I’m so glad we came. Our server Alexthe best, very kind! Appetizer: calamari 10/10 (has shrimp, green/red pepper zucchini) the breading was to die for this is a MUST try. I tried the shrimp scampi 7.5/10 (sauce was a tad bland I needed salt) My fiancé ordered chicken parm with Cesar salad pasta this dish 12/10 chicken parm was soooo good. Yes I ate half of it If you’re considering coming to Double Zero you’re checking reviews trying to decide listen to me GO! Price per person: $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
