This restaurant is a hidden jewel in Atlanta. We were in Atlanta for the OU/LSU playoff game and found this restaurant had a time slot after the game. We made the reservation through Open Table. What Leanna Rolfson doesn't like about Donetto:
To be fair, just came for the bar. Intially the service was prompt. Then after saying we're just in for drinks, the waitress took our menus, our drink menus as well. Sitting at the bar for over an hour after getting our drinks, she drops the drink menu back down. Rude and unaware. Had her pass by multiple times without taking the check. We had a fantastic meal to celebrate my fiancée's birthday. The appetizers, entrée, and dessert were all amazing! There wasn't a single dish on the menu that I didn't love!
Donetto is always a wonderful experience! the staff is very attentive and offers excellent service, eating is always fantastic, and the atmosphere is great. her Sunday dinner is much and worth every penny!
I had a great time at the birthday dinner. The atmosphere was very appealing and comfortable. The food was delicious, and the staff was excellent. I would definitely return!
The bar is a great place to wait for friends to arrive. We enjoyed drinks and a half-price pizza during happy hour and then moved to a table for dinner. The hostess, bartenders and wait staff were friendly and helpful.
Delicious, light Italian food prepared to perfection in a great location. Service was also top notch and parking was easy!
