Our server was someone disconnected like he didn’t wanna work, and we had to keep repeating ourselves due to the noise level and also his attention to details. With it being our first time he never even gave recommendations. The server brought the wrong food to our table; it was definitely someone else’s order. The bar manager did try to help; however her follow thru was not successful. I ordered salmon grouper was brought, my boyfriend ordered medium well lamb chops they brought brunt chops lol. My drink was weak; I had the Do RumRum and my boyfriend had the peach old fashion which he mentioned the first one was amazing and the second was not good at all which was made by the bar manager. The food was amazing when it finally came ; the blackened salmon pasta and the lamb chops were bomb! The service is the only thing lacking. Oh and let’s speak on how my reservation was at 8 we didn’t get seated until 845 plus I had 2 ppl seated before me because the unlady skipped my name and forgot I was waiting smh. Food amazing service sucked.

I had escaped the garlic shrimp, it was really good. The ambience was beautiful, the customer service was great, and drinks at points.

Shalisa and Shaina provided excellent... read more The food at this restaurant is fantastic. The atmosphere at Divan is always lively. This time, we chose to sit at the bar. Shalisa and Shaina provided excellent service. They were very attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and offered great suggestions. I highly recommend requesting them when sitting at the bar. I suggest trying the Lamb Chops and the Blackened Verlasso Salmon, as they are both excellent choices.

Well for one they allow dogs and sat us near a couple that had a dog now that wasn’t the issue the issue was the dog was eating off the plates that are given to... read more Well for one they allow dogs and sat us near a couple that had a dog now that wasn’t the issue the issue was the dog was eating off the plates that are given to the people who are dining in it would’ve been different if they given the dog a to go container to eat out of then on top of that the dog had a really horrible smell that made me ask for a table change and it wasn’t just us who smelled the dog and our waitress even said that no one wanted to sit near the couple because of the smell even though the couple are regulars and she mentioned usually the dog doesn’t have a smell and I was like if they are regulars how many times has their pet eaten off multiple dishes and I just hope they throw away the plates used by the couples pet, other than that the service was great we had nice servers who were accommodating when we wanted to move.
