Despite the restaurant being somewhat empty, we had to wait at the bar for a table. We were given a drink menu, but the bartender never returned to take our order. After sitting for a few minutes without water, the waitress finally appeared. She took our order but then disappeared again. We received our food and just as we were finishing, she asked if everything was okay, to which I replied it was too late in a polite manner. It seemed they didn't appreciate my comment as they avoided eye contact when we asked for extra drinks. The food and drinks were good overall, but the service was so disappointing that I would not return to this restaurant. I understand that times are tough with job shortages, but the service really detracted from our experience. This feedback should be taken as constructive criticism.

The staff will take care of you. The lamb bolognese, garlic bread, and lasagna were my favorite dishes. The atmosphere, drinks, wine, and customer service were all top-notch. The portions were generous, and the service was top-notch. This place is definitely worth a visit, especially for Italian cuisine!
