D Cafe And Catering - Atlanta

I can not say enough about how awesome D’s Cafe is. You come for how delicious the food is and the cute neighborhood feel and you stay because of how warm the staff is and how committed Mrs. D is to supporting her community members. I have experienced everything with her from regular dining in, to her catering, to using her space for events. She has hired and trained people who need jobs. All great experiences. Just last night she agreed to host a community gathering and holiday party for free. Graciously staying open after hours and after the time we were supposed to be there. I’m disappointed to see one of those guests, who did not understand these factors, leave a negative comment and rating below. Mrs. D is a legitimate Atlanta staple. If you want good food, great experience and someone who has a genuine love for people…this is where you need to go!Vegetarian options: There are options that exist, and if you share that you need vegetarian options, they are even kind enough to create options for you.Kid-friendliness: Always very welcoming and engaging with my very young and loud children.Parking: There is a large parking lot nearby, I never have problems parking.

Had a lovely neighborhood event yesterday, so the space was opened to our neighborhood association for special hours and a limited menu. Enjoyed the specialty drinks and fries. Definitely would also recommend for brunch during regular hours!

The owners are amazing and there is good, quality food. The staff is kind and attentive. This is a nice place to have a holiday luncheon or just brunch with friends

I was there for the first time last night and I can't say I was excited to be there once I arrived.No one greeted you upon entry, I was sitting with a group for over 30mins and wasn't asked if I needed anything not even water. I didn't order anything because I'm big on customer service, I heard it's a family business and they aren't open daily either.It's a nice intimate place but unfortunately I won't be returning

Food was good. Could be better but definitely satisfying. Ambience was cool with friendly people and music. Bar is open and breakfast all day. I will definitely comeback several times
