Friendly staff, a loyalty program and an attached mini-grocery make it a convenient spot for morning commuters, meetups and repeat visits. Clean, inclusive touches like all-gender restrooms add appeal, though some guests note occasional beverage inconsistency and reported problems with managerial attitude.

The restaurant was newly renovated last August, and it looks fantastic! The staff has maintained their excellent service, and the atmosphere is wonderful. I really love the new design. As always, I will continue to enjoy my favorite hot chocolate made with almond milk.
I’m not familiar with the history of this restaurant, but I truly enjoy dining here for the fresh food. The staff is always friendly, and the place is consistently clean. I sampled the broccoli cheddar soup and the turkey club sandwich, both of which were excellent. They also offer a fantastic selection of kombucha!
The pastries and food options are delicious and reasonably priced. The coffee took a bit longer to prepare, but it was also quite tasty.
Lakewood Latte is amazing! The chicken pesto panini was delicious as well. The barista was friendly and offered great recommendations for what to try.
The staff, atmosphere, and of course the coffee all deserve a perfect score of 10 out of 10! I will definitely be returning.
