This is the worst Chipotle I’ve ever visited, and unfortunately, it’s also the closest one to me. Despite promising myself I wouldn’t go back, I always find myself returning. I ordered delivery, and they completely messed up my order. I asked for half chicken and half steak but only received half steak. They also forgot the queso. Firstly, whenever I place an order through the app, it's never ready at the promised time—it's usually at least 30 minutes late. Additionally, the indoor ordering situation is confusing; they claim it will be open before 9 PM, yet on several occasions, I've been told I can only order via the app. The most frustrating part, however, is their inability to get orders right. For instance, in this recent order (see attached picture), I requested a quesadilla with sides, but instead received just the sides in a bowl—no quesadilla anywhere. In the past, they've also left out multiple ingredients from my bowls. I really wanted to give this location a fair chance because of its convenience, but sadly, I won’t be returning. I recommend going to another location anywhere in Atlanta, no matter the distance; the one in Buckhead is excellent! Chipotle, you need to do better.

I can't believe the employee removed the protein from my bowl after I specifically asked for double protein! It's frustrating when they act like the ingredients come out of their own pocket. If I'm paying for extra and double, I expect to get what I paid for! This is just unacceptable.
Great food and friendly service. No matter where you are you can always bet on Chipotle. I?m from Texas and in Atlanta working. Same great service no matter what state.
