This Chick-fil-A is nothing but consistent. Honestly the only establishment in Camp Creek that can boast that they are. Food is always piping hot and fresh, customer service is great. My orders are ALWAYS correct and ready quickly. Now that the dining room is open it is MUCH easier to pick up an order and the wait isn't long. The wait was long, but I knew it would be because there are cars literally lining up out of the parking lot on a daily basis. Parking was out of control. Because the were so many vehicles trying to go through the drive-thru, many of the parkscars (INCLUDING MYSELF) were trapped in- until the cars behind us were able to move around. Everytime I come here it?s always something. Missing food, missing sauce, half filled fries, long wait time, etc. Its always something. But look at this ?large? fry?.this is not even half filled which is what they normally do. They need management BAD.
There was a lunch rush so I thought taking out would be faster. ???? Not on this day?I think they may have been under staffed but the workers weren?t very attentive to orders. I received the food part of my order but had to wait 10 minutes to getsomeone?s attention just to get my drinks that were ready when my food was! Management used the customary -my pleasure when Ithanked him but the older woman who handed me my food and then turned her back as I tried to ask about my drinks was just rude!Normally I have at least one star better service here?might have to drive to Fairburn from now on. I had the chicken deluxe sandwich, and my grandson ordered the nuggets. I also got a kale salad. Everything was fresh and tasty. However, my frozen lemonade was more like a vanilla milkshake than a traditional lemonade. Despite that, I would definitely come back—just not for the shake. The customer service was fantastic; when I returned the shake, the cashier happily replaced it with a regular lemonade.
This Chick-fil-A is incredibly consistent. It's truly the only place in Camp Creek that can say that. The food is always served hot and fresh, and the customer service is excellent. My orders are always accurate and ready in no time. With the dining room now open, picking up an order has become much more convenient, and the wait time is minimal. Even during the pandemic, they did an amazing job serving the community and keeping us fed. Thank you, everyone!
The wait was quite lengthy, but I anticipated it since there are always cars backed up out of the parking lot daily. The parking situation was chaotic. With so many vehicles trying to navigate the drive-thru, many parked cars—myself included—were trapped until those behind us could shift around. The customer service was excellent, as expected, but the hassle simply isn't worth it for the food.
