The service was outstanding. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the food was delicious. I ordered a #7 grilled chicken combo with cheese, bacon, lettuce, and tomato. However, my son Sidney didn’t realize that they had forgotten the bacon until he had already eaten half of his sandwich. I ordered a side salad and a 12-piece grilled nugget. When I got home, I realized that the $12 I spent only got me eight nuggets in my container and a half-full side salad. I always enjoy excellent service at Chick-fil-A, but Tyler's service was truly exceptional. She had a positive attitude and took the time to ask additional questions to make sure I got everything I wanted for my order. She even inquired about my weekend, which I really appreciated. It's the little details that make a difference. Great job, Tyler!
I ordered through the app for a carry out order and I must say this is the first time in a LONG time Chick-fil-A disappointed me. This tells me this particular restaurant needs QA. Our drinks were not full, the kid?s meal had fries when we ordered Mac and cheese, our fries were so soggy they folded over yet they were brown and filled half way, my chicken tenders had two small pieces and two regular sized pieces. I?m not sure if this particular franchisee is attempting portion control and if so this is a very tacky way to do so. Unfortunately I didn?t get the feeling we all get of euphoria after visiting Chick-fil-A.
Many people working but only one at register. Service very slow. Asked for sweet tea and was given unsweet. Asked for House Dressing which didn't get. Several people were coming up to the counter for things not received with their orders. Do not recommend if your in a hurry.
Lexi was too busy on her phone to notice she didnt take my order. Drove all the way to the front and her colleague had to point out she missed me while I watched her on her phone. She apologized while the other employee was laughing. Thankfully the food is good, but I thought Chick-fil-A employees were better than this.
