I love Chick-fil-A and usually have good experiences up to this place. I ordered a Cobb salad for lunch. they forgot the salad. I tried to call the load several times without answering. I had to call generic customer service and stop me from reaching everyone and it's still not solved. very disappointed by this place. the first time you ever make Chick-fil-A delivery. I have come to this chickfila since 2015. However, the past year this location has gone completely downhill. Everytime i come here which is pretty frequent, my order is always wrong. When i say no bacon on my salad, there?s bacon. When i ask for grillednuggets, i get fried nuggets. In addition to always getting my order wrong, the staff has become worse and worse. Chick-fil-A isknown for their stellar customer service but here, everyone is so rude! As someone who works in the hospitality industry, theyneed to do better. Unfortunately i have to come back here since it?s the nearest Chick-fil-A but if you can avoid coming here,please do at all costs.
This location is very drive through and delivery oriented. There was only one cashier for those eating inside and take out order's, and service was slower than we are used to from other Chick-fil-A locations. Also, the inside door handle on therestroom came off in my hand when I tried to exit the restroom. A disappointing experience at this location.
You've always taken care of her when my wife and I go. She's a Celiac so no gluten for her. They always make sure she never got sick. It is always clean and the staff is friendly.
They did not give us everything we ordered. How hard is it to make sure you put everything in the bag. Kinda sad actually. This is the reason we go to Chick Fil a. And to hire people who can?t do simple things is really ridiculous. Do better
Before they remodeled this location I would have given this location 5 stars. Since the remodeled, my order is always wrong and, the double drive through was a horrible decision as you have to setup camp anytime you use it because, it takes forever. You can have your order but be trapped in line for excessive times. Typically I order delivery which, even that has gone down hill. I leave clear instructions to not put deliveries in front of my door as it opens outward. They only half read my instructions because today's order was right in front of the door so, I have either the option to crush my food and drink with the door or walk around my home from the back door. I keep giving them a chance and I don't know why at this point. After looking over others reviews, I see many others have a very similar experience. Also, the owner has never responded to anyone's review so it's not going to change because they would rather be blissfully ignorant.
