She had a blue g... read more I ordered three Cajun filet biscuits and while I was waiting for my order, I noticed the manager, who was wearing a black and burgundy uniform. She had a blue glove on her right hand, which she used to type on the keyboard, prepare the sodas, and touch the counter, all without changing that same blue glove. It made me question how long she had been wearing that glove while handling food orders today.

I ordered online and went to pick up my order, hoping for a better experience after several instances of poor service. Unfortunately, they were just as incompetent and rude as before. This time, I spoke directly with Joy, the manager. Although the online receipt indicated that I could pick up my order, she claimed that they never allow that for online purchases. They even said they didn't have my order at all. I went inside and showed her my receipt, yet they were unpleasant and didn't even offer an apology! When I pointed out their lack of an apology, Joy stated it wasn't her fault that my order was missing. As I left, she awkwardly yelled, "Sorry you had to come inside." Her attitude reflects exactly why I stopped visiting this place in the first place, and I will never go back again!
