The place might be small, but they have some great cooks. Some of their dishes are honestly some of the most authentic bangladeshi dishes I've tasted , chicken roast, and beef biriyani are just to name a few. Their quantity is always alot, I always have left overs. This is one of my most visited restaurants in Atlanta. I highly recommend trying their food!! View all feedback.
What the croc d doesn't like about Bismillah Cafe:
it’s a sad day today. i ordered from one one of my favorite restaurants excited about my samosas. i ordered both the veggie and meat ones. the meat tasted amazing but i took a bite of my veggie samosa and was met with a slimy texture i have never encountered before. after spitting it out and inspecting it i saw a white substance all over the filling and peas. i suspect it went bad before they fried it. keep in mind i... I really don't understand the positive reviews. We ordered chicken curry and beef biryani, but the meat quality was disappointing and the curry was hardly edible. For $25, it felt like a waste. Even though we dined in, we were given a plastic bag for our food, and they didn't have any forks available.
The food here is truly delicious. It's authentic, well-prepared, and uniquely flavorful. I highly recommend the samosas and the lamb over rice—definitely don’t skip the extra green sauce; it's fantastic! The Mango Lassi is a must-try as well; I’d rate it a perfect 10/10. The seating is limited, so it’s best to order to go and enjoy your meal elsewhere. Overall, it's a great spot—definitely give it a try!
The owners have finally moved into their new building, which is just about 100 feet from their original location (you won’t miss it!). They had their grand opening on Saturday, August 26, 2023, and offered a free plate of rice (without any protein) with every purchase as part of the celebration. I ordered 10 chicken samosas and 10 veggie samosas. The veggie samosas were fantastic, but the chicken samosas were a bit dry. The rice was enjoyable, which my 9-year-old confirmed. As for the atmosphere, they could have turned on the air conditioning since it was a hot afternoon. While it wasn’t a major issue for me because I took my order to go, the wait was a little uncomfortable. I typically eat there once or twice a month, so I’ll definitely be returning soon. I’ll take some photos next time and include Google directions, too!
Amazing biryanis. We had mutton and mixed biryani. Also highly recommend the ginger juice and the mango one. Delicious food.
I ordered 2 orders as you can see on the receipt and they gave me rice NO chicken. I called and the Indian guy I spoke to was very disrespectful, brushing me off, blaming it on the Uber driver when it was actually their fault!
