Incredible cocktails and uniquely interesting and tasty food. Waitress gave great cocktail recommendations which started us off right, followed by fish, squash, and cauliflower based dishes. The vibes here are cool. It's great for a weekend night out. Start here for dinner then explore what else EAV has to offer. View all feedback.
What Chelsea Jackson dislikes about Banshee:
The vibe was great. My server was wonderful. However, the food was just ok. I’ll give 4.5/5 stars for the famous fry bread with pepperoni butter. That was very good. However, I thought the $37 lamb risotto with strawberry and peas was lacking. That was a 2/5. It was not bursting with flavor, needed more salt and spices or something. Odd combination of flavors as well that I didn’t find unpleasant but I know I wouldn’... View all feedback.
We began with the Fry Bread accompanied by Pepperoni Butter, a delightful way to kick off the meal. The crispy fry bread, paired with the creamy, spicy pepperoni butter, is elevated by the addition of scallions and sesame seeds. It certainly lives up to the acclaim. The Shrimp Ceviche offers an unconventional twist— the heat from the jalapeños and the tart flavor of the plums surprisingly complement each other. The hearts of palm add a nice crunch, enhancing the dish's texture. The standout item on the menu was the Grilled Cobia. The fish was expertly grilled and served atop a spicy red curry. The cashew crunch contributed a sweet, crunchy texture, while the charred bok choy added a light and refreshing touch. Since the menu is highly seasonal and changes frequently, I am eager to return soon to see what new offerings they have in store.
Absolutely fantastic! We were searching for a restaurant in the area with outdoor dining options because of COVID, and their covered patio with windows all around was just what we needed. Additionally, they require vaccination cards for entry. The service was attentive, the bartender was incredibly friendly, and the food was delightful!
Fantastic place! It's easy to get a table on weekdays. The food is outstanding, and the staff is wonderful. We really enjoyed our drinks and the overall ambiance!
Pepperoni fry bread is a must-try at this restaurant. If you visit and skip this dish, you're really missing out. It's also my go-to spot for dinner at the bar; my wife and I have never even dined at a table. The menu changes regularly, so there's always something new to try. We've never had a bad meal or drink here. I’d give it a perfect score: 10/10 for overall experience and 5/5 for food!
The modern and stylish decor, featuring velvet curtains and atomic chandeliers, sets a sophisticated tone for the experience ahead. The menu reflects the chef's commitment to serving fresh, seasonal ingredients, showcasing intriguing flavor combinations and cocktail pairings that are sure to capture your attention. Be sure to try the flatbread with pepperoni butter and don’t overlook the desserts. However, it can be a bit challenging to hear your server over the bustling atmosphere.
