I was pleasantly surprised by the food! I tried the fried shrimp, and it was genuinely authentic—large shrimp instead of the pre-breaded frozen kind I was anticipating. My friend ordered the ribeye steak, and it was cooked to perfection. They really nailed it all around! We will definitely be coming back! View all feedback.
What Baby J doesn't like about Atlantic Station Auto Grill:
The food is incredibly flavorful, but just a bit too seasoned for my taste. Don't get me wrong, it's amazing! The car wash cost $40 for both the inside and outside, but be prepared to wait over an hour for your car to be hand washed. Unfortunately, the hookah wasn't working properly, and even though there isn't a hookah menu, it costs $40. The R&B music they played was really good. My car ended up looking fantastic,... It’s ok. Took my car here this past week for a regular wash and vacuum. Took them about an hour and 40 minutes which was quite slow (wasn’t busy when i got there just FYI). They have a bar/restaurant while you wait. The idea is dope but the execution kind of…..eh. I ordered a smaller meal since I had plans to eat elsewhere but I ordered 6 wings and they were easily the smallest wings Ive ever had in my life lmao. They were at least good but yeah……It’s nice inside thoughMy car still had spots on it like it wasn’t cleaned and dried all that great. The windows were also still dirty. They did vacuum it well though. Don’t see myself coming back here, but the concept of the bar/restaurant while you can get your car washed and detailed is dope.
I was charged upfront and was asked if I’d like to tip before any work had been done, by the time I had finished paying my entire car had soap/bubbles on it but it had been way to shorter period of time for it to have been properly washed. I was then sat to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes while I sat in my car waiting as they moved 5 other cars ahead of me and the water had dried on my car! After one employee told another my car needed to be washed again the said employee rinsed the car with water and proceeded to dry it until I pointed out the water marks to the employee and said it needed to be washed again. Had I accepted it they would have left the marks. After this they dried the water off in a rush scrubbing in all different directions and with a cloth that left lint and fine dust particles and a square waffle’esq pattern marks all over the car. There was water on the skirting and license plate area plain to see, to sum it up they simply chose to do a poor job meanwhile across from me other vehicles were literally in view getting the service you expect in this day and age from a detail service. I was charged $34 for a lightning fast wash and that was it!I intended to analyze this business and potentially making an offer to buy the business, however, after my encounter investing is no longer a consideration.
Good hand car wash place in midtownPrice is ok, def not cheap. Service speed is ok, def not the fastest. Washing quality is good, def not perfect
Thought they did a good job and gave the guy a $20 tip but then I got back and looked around and he missed spots everywhere
Drove 30 minutes after google said they close at 7:30pm just to be told I'd have to pay after hour price of $125 to get my car washed!? Like what?!!!! Guy told me they actually close and take last car at 6pm! If that's the case put your google hours for 6pm, not a whole hour and half later. That was very disappointing. As a blank business owner myself, this is just unacceptable and why we get bad reps.
