I visited the restaurant for a Sunday brunch and opted to sit at the bar. The service was both attentive and friendly. We truly enjoyed our experience here! We celebrated our anniversary and Briana took great care of us. The aesthetics, the playlist, the food, the service! All of it was great. I’m looking forward to going back enjoying the DJ 9pm til close
I visited the restaurant for a Sunday brunch and opted to sit at the bar. The service was both attentive and friendly. The Caribbean fusion menu contributed to a vibrant atmosphere, filled with party-goers celebrating birthdays and surrounded by many attractive patrons. DJ Boogie Luv was playing all the classic hits from the '70s to the 2000s, which really added to the fantastic vibe! Unfortunately, my stuffed French toast was a letdown; it had an unpleasant fried taste, and the cream and syrup were lacking in sweetness. Not impressive! However, my friend absolutely loved her sheep and grits, so I might consider coming back to try something else. I’d rate the atmosphere a five and the food a three.
We began with the crab appetizer accompanied by fried plantains, which were absolutely delightful. My husband chose the ribs along with a side of kale greens, though the kale could have benefited from a bit more seasoning. I ordered the BBQ salmon, which was quite good, but unfortunately, the kale was also lacking in flavor. I would definitely return for the ambiance and to explore different dishes on the menu.
Visited Apt 4b for Sunday brunch and chose to sit at the bar. The service was warm and attentive. The Caribbean fusion menu was lively, with partygoers celebrating birthdays and a great crowd. DJ Boogie Luv was spinning old school hits from the ’70s to the 2000s, creating an amazing vibe! Unfortunately, my stuffed French toast was disappointing—it tasted overly fried, and the cream and syrup lacked sweetness. Yuck! My friend enjoyed her shrimp and grits, so it might be worth returning to try something else. Five stars for the atmosphere, three for the food.
