Not only did we have to wait almost 10-15 minut... read more My husband and I came for a quick bite after the Atl Braves played on Tuesday and we were a little disappointed. Not only did we have to wait almost 10-15 minutes to be seated when the place was pretty empty, but the appetizer that we were served which was the tortilla chips and spinach dip was absolutely awful. We had to actually send it back after just eating one or two chips. I personally love chips and never in my life have I ever had to send tortilla chips back because they just didn't taste good, but I guess it's a first for everything. The spinach dip was a miss too no flavor at all. Sorry!! But On the flip side of things our waiter was very sweet and he always had a smile on his face when approaching us even when we had to complain about our food he still was very nice about it. Our meals did come out hot and we traded out our dip for salads so that worked out perfectly. Drinks were good even though my husband's beer and an added on margarita sit awhile at the bar before he received them we choose to to take it with a smile as well. I definitely am glad we're pretty patient people. Overall an OK experience not really sure if I would be back solely on the food.

The staff here is... read more I can't fully express how much I value this Applebee's. Living just ten minutes away, it has really become my go-to spot in the neighborhood. The staff here is incredibly friendly, and the other patrons are welcoming and ready to enjoy themselves. While I appreciate everyone, my favorite has to be Taylor, the bartender. She delivers quick and professional service while ensuring my drinks and food are perfect. They should definitely promote her, but I'd be sad if they did because then she might not be around to serve me when I visit!

I noti... read more I went for lunch and found the place not very crowded, but there were only two servers on duty. The manager appeared to be in a bad mood for some reason. I noticed another family had been waiting 15 minutes to be seated without any assistance, so I approached the manager and pointed out that this family had arrived before us; however, I asked if we could be seated at the bar. After that, we ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes before anyone came to take our order. The lunch specials were decent, but neither the manager nor the server seemed to be aware of the Applebee's promotion for National Tequila Day, which included drink specials. Consequently, the drinks we ordered were quite weak and made with the cheapest liquor available.

Today they were a bit understaffed but our server Nate was exceptional. He was polite and accommodating in making our meals perfect.Checked on us frequently to ask if there was anything else we needed. Thank you Nate, you are the best!!

Before we walk in we see this sign that says something about COVID-19 strange. We walk inside and there is no one to greet us. So we waitfor about 5 mins no one comes its not busy at all inside. We look at each other an say well we have to sit ourselves then. Bartender touching money and fixing drinks putting lemons ???? in drinks while touching money not washing her hands really. Haveto do better. Pouring beer in a glass and trying to give it to a customer while the beer is running over. What kind of mess isthat. All im trying to say is WHERE IS THE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE THESE DAYS.
