Nice food My first time to go there. I would go there again
Some of the best chinese food i ever had highly recommend it.
Nice grub, kids find the takeaway better than the other chinese tho you have to specify crispy chicken in some orders, food can bé spicy enough, service is good always ample servers milling around. Decor is nice.
I was in ngais tonight with my friend our food was delayed coming out but they dealt with it exceptionally well I will definitely be back and would recommend it to anybody all the staff are extremely polite and mannerly and our food was exceptional
The food quality has not been very good the last two times we tried it. It was way too salty and there was way too much black pepper in the soups (we had 3 different soups and all had the same issue). Service is good, but honestly for the price of the food I expect a much better quality.

Ordered on their new app and had to pay cash delivery at the door.. have no problem paying but I don’t carry cash so not sure why the restaurant doesn’t include delivery charges like every other takeaway service before delivery?? Will be ordering elsewhere in future because this inconvenience..
The service at this restaurant is excellent, with beautifully presented and delicious freshly prepared food. I ordered the dumplings and steamed cod, both of which were delicious, light, and full of flavor. I always make my reservations through Kate, who is a wonderful host. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
I had the house beef curry at this restaurant last night. Every piece of beef was tough and the boiled rice was clumped together. It was not a good experience. I would not come back again.
The Spice bag was terrible, not one piece of chicken. The chicken satay tasted like watery fish, used to be a good takeaway, very poor now
The chips were all shrivelled up and brown. Very disappointed with this. I got brown chips 3 Saturdays in a row and still received brown chips after multiple complaints. Black greasy chips. Looked as if they were reheated many times

The food at this restaurant was incredible, the staff was very friendly, and I would recommend it to anyone.
We had a family dinner here last night to celebrate Mom's birthday. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of dishes served that received rave reviews. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

I've had two takeaway dinners and one dine in. The food has ALWAYS been lovely across all three occasions, however, the price for dining in is definitely on the steep side. Rice shouldn't be an additional cost with your main either. Three euro for a portion of BOILED rice is ridiculous. They admit to not charging extra for rice on their take out menu when asked about this. The mark up on that can only be called price gouging. Unfortunately it's not made very clear on the menu and we only spotted it when we got the bill. Our rice for a table of 6 people cost 19 euro. Enough for a cheap main. As I said, the food is lovely, the staff serving us were friendly and the restaurant seemed clean and recently decorated but the pricing put a taint on it for me personally. Another wonderful evening at Ngai's. The food was as delicious as ever, the wine was excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure every guest felt welcome. A fantastic spot for a gathering with friends.
