The Quays - Athlone

Apart from one staff at reception not experienced, dining room not informed of our dinner reservations. Very disappointed.

Room clean and comfortable. pity that they don't have air conditioning, but its earth, so it doesn't happen too often its necessity. I killed a star for the service because I had no milk, sugar or the sweet little bottles shampoo etc. when I arrived. I didn't care about the toilets, but after the trip I gagt for a coffee. location is excellent. two shopping centers to walk. a ten minute or so and the others maybe 15 minutes. about 5 minutes walk from the train station without luggage. many restaurants, pubs etc. to walk.

I didn't stay, but was on a show last 1 st juli. the bar staff who were in the night were the friendly and most committed young men I ever treated with the musician was so entertaining. beautiful relaxed atmosphere. thanks for my late and bun

I was staying as a family group. When I got to the hotel I wasn't too impressed. I found a mouldy half eaten sandwich under the bed. There was also a wee stain on the toilet. THE ROOM WAS VERY HOT. The room was fantastic. The breakfast was also very good. And the staff were lovely. Although the hotel wasn't the best I will be back in the future.

Told to check in at 4 arrived at 4.30 to check in. After checking in was asked to wait until 5.30 to go to room as they were still cleaning, when we came to our room which was supposed to be river view . We looked out our window to see flat roofs and not a whole lot more welcome to Ireland 2022 under staffed and under pressure
