The Bailey is a cozy B&B with a laid-back bar area and simple rooms. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. The high standard of food, friendly staff, and variety of drinks make for a great experience. Special thanks to management for ensuring everything ran smoothly. A central location and affordable accommodations with complimentary coffee and tea are major perks. The only downsides are small rooms and issues with hot water. Overall, a great spot to visit for drinks, food, and even a B&B stay if needed. Unforgettable hospitality and enjoyable experience.
The atmosphere is wonderful, the food is delicious, and the service is outstanding.
The sandwiches were excellent, but on the downside, the cleanliness of the place left something to be desired.
Went to Baileys Bar this morning with our daughter and two grandchildren for breakfast the two barmen were excellent , had travelled from Tipperary as our grandaugher was getting her communion dress in Athlone .
I can't comment on the hotel itself, but we came to Bailey Bar on the recommendation of Timmy from Sean's Bar, and we were so glad we did! The welcome from a funny waitress was perfect, and we had a wonderful meal. I ate one of the best hamburgers of my life, carefully homemade (and thanks again to the waitress for putting up with my fussy refusal of any greens in my burger
