The Bailey is a cozy B&B with a laid-back bar area and simple rooms. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. The high standard of food, friendly staff, and variety of drinks make for a great experience. Special thanks to management for ensuring everything ran smoothly. A central location and affordable accommodations with complimentary coffee and tea are major perks. The only downsides are small rooms and issues with hot water. Overall, a great spot to visit for drinks, food, and even a B&B stay if needed. Unforgettable hospitality and enjoyable experience.
Was in the Bailey pub today was lovely very welcoming was speaking with the mangar he was very nice l told him we had booked for Christmas l am so looking forward to it
Paid parking close by, very convenient to all amenities. Had dinner which was delicious Thanks to Kyle and staff for getting us a table on a busy day(walkin of street) and their warm hospitality. Will definitely be back when we're in Athlone again.
The beers were cold, the staff was fantastic, and the breakfast was amazing.
I can't comment on the hotel itself, but we came to Bailey Bar on the recommendation of Timmy from Sean's Bar, and we were so glad we did! The welcome from a funny waitress was perfect, and we had a wonderful meal. I ate one of the best hamburgers of my life, carefully homemade (and thanks again to the waitress for putting up with my fussy refusal of any greens in my burger
