i stayed in the hodson bay hotel last friday and saturday night. food was lovely and bedroom clean. hotel staff very helpful and spa was a joy to use. i would just like to send a big thankyou to your manager,, michael dolan,, could not off been more helpful, i used to work in the hotel about years ago. so was nice to see a familar face still working there. What Anonym dislikes about Hodson Bay:
the hotel is wonderful, the location is a natural paradise instead of the service is lousy. We're in a tourist area and you don't mind giving you basic information. I put our example: we want to have dinner, we go to the hotel restaurant and ask if you have a reservation that we didn't know we had to make one. We have a reservation but it's an hour later, so we decided to get into the bar and order something to drink... View all feedback.

Fabulous family friendly hotel. Lots of lovely activities to do and see. Highly recommend. Very friendly staff.

Nice hotel. Room well prepared however one of the towels in the bathroom had a dirty looking burn mark. Had bokked a tabel for four in the bar near a tv before arriving but were givem a tabel for two to fit four and no tv. Staff very friendly and service excellent
