Although it was winter and we couldn't take in the river view, it’s clear the menu would be even more enjoyable with the scenery during a warmer season. The staff were friendly and willing to help, but we often had to catch their attention to order dessert or request anything else, as they rarely approached our table on their own. I waited several minutes after finishing my meal before finally flagging someone down, giving them plenty of opportunity to check in. With several staff members present, it was surprising that no one came by to see how we were doing.

Since it was winter, we couldn’t take in the view, but I’m sure the river looks beautiful during other seasons. The staff were friendly and helpful initially, but we had to signal them to order dessert or request anything else, as they didn’t approach our table on their own. After finishing our meal, I waited about 20 minutes before having to get someone’s attention, which seemed like plenty of time for them to check in with us. With around six tables and three staff members, I’m not sure why no one came over to see if we needed anything.

The staff was friendly and helpful, but we had to flag them down to order dessert or request anything, as they rarely approached our table. After finishing, I waited about 20 minutes to get someone’s attention, which felt like a long time given there were only six tables and three employees. I'm not sure why no one checked on us more frequently.

The ladies managing the bistro consistently... read more I stayed at the Radisson Blu for 11 nights on a work trip and visited Element's Bistro every morning for breakfast. The ladies managing the bistro consistently went above and beyond to ensure a wonderful experience each day. The food was excellent, and most importantly, the staff made sure we started our days on the best note possible. Definitely worth a visit!

The buffet offered a standard selection, a... read more During a recent stay at the Radisson Blu with my partner, we had breakfast at Element's Bistro the following morning. The buffet offered a standard selection, and most of the staff were friendly. However, one woman, who appeared to be part of management, was extremely rude. She pushed past me while I was getting food, which flustered me and caused me to accidentally spill something. Instead of offering assistance, she tossed a dishcloth at me and walked away with a terrible attitude. This unpleasant encounter cast a shadow over our visit. I wanted to warn future guests about this experience. I have also emailed the hotel with my complaint in hopes of a resolution but have yet to receive a response.
