Unfortunately, it was a complete disaster... read more We booked a family dinner at Element's Bistro for Christmas Day, hoping for a relaxing and unique holiday experience. Unfortunately, it was a complete disaster from the start. When we arrived, there was no clear organization—guests were just drinking in the lobby with no staff to welcome us. The coffee and mulled wine reception ran out of mince pies quickly, and we experienced a 20-minute delay before being seated. The service was painfully slow; after waiting over two hours, our main courses had still not arrived, so I decided to leave. Even the basics were lacking—a bowl of just five rolls for six people and no butter unless requested. Despite having families and children present, there was no entertainment or Christmas music playing. All of this for €92 per person. I had posted a review last week along with my daughter’s, but both were mysteriously removed. I would never recommend this place to anyone—it completely ruined our Christmas Day. Others I spoke to felt the same. Truly disappointing.

I have to highlight Avril, who stands out as one of the friendliest and most professional people in hospitality. She always welcomes me with a warm smile and serves the best coffees. The ladies managing the bistro consistently went above and beyond to ensure a wonderful experience each day. The food was excellent, and most importantly, the staff made sure we started our days on the best note possible. Definitely worth a visit!

The buffet offered a standard selection, a... read more During a recent stay at the Radisson Blu with my partner, we had breakfast at Element's Bistro the following morning. The buffet offered a standard selection, and most of the staff were friendly. However, one woman, who appeared to be part of management, was extremely rude. She pushed past me while I was getting food, which flustered me and caused me to accidentally spill something. Instead of offering assistance, she tossed a dishcloth at me and walked away with a terrible attitude. This unpleasant encounter cast a shadow over our visit. I wanted to warn future guests about this experience. I have also emailed the hotel with my complaint in hopes of a resolution but have yet to receive a response.
