I was having a TERRIBLE day and I decided to treat myself by using my Chick-Fil- A points you but a spicy sandwich. I walked up to the counter and Ryan asked how he could serve me and I told him what I wanted to order. He looked at me and smile and said “have a sandwich on us” and I didn’t believe him. He rung me up and that’s when I realized he was serious. Absolutely made my day. Thank you Ryan and Chick-fil-A! View all feedback.

Wow whoever runs this chick fil a deserves to be in a mental hospital. The new half Drive-thru half mobile line system is embarrassing. Every time i go to cfa there are over 7 paid workers outside directing everyone into the drive thru line, while the second drive thru line that is now only for mobile orders, remains empty. Game day. They did the best they could with volume of people.
These guys are on top of their game. Lots of friendly kids. Lines move so quickly. Got the orders correct.
The girl handing out drinks is rude. I thought maybe it was just a bad day for her, but no… it’s like that every damn time I’m here. I’m not asking for rainbow and sunshine service, but when I ask you to repeat what you said 2 seconds ago (cause you called out 3 names at once) there is 0 reason to catch a ‘tude. I apologize for my error. The chick fil a downtown is better IMO.
Wrong review originally, meant for Tate Center UGA. This place is for real.
