What Anonym dislikes about Zaxby's:
This location is hit or miss and more often than not lately there's something wrong with my order. Your salad may be missing several items including the chicken. Their customer service also leaves lots to be desired. View all feedback.

The staff is friendly and relaxed. The service is consistently prompt, although there are occasional mistakes with orders. However, they always resolve any issues without any hassle, so it's still one of my favorite places to visit.

Zaxby's consistently delivers quality, regardless of the location I visit. Their menu offers a diverse range of choices that allow me to switch things up occasionally. I really appreciate the online ordering specials, especially the buy one, get one free deals for takeout.
