Well, that was my first time with the app and the whole process. I only ordered drinks (Lemonade/Tee with a cranberry splash, and my two girls had this new Sauer patch dog as drink and no eating at all. they need to place their order in the app as soon as they get into a bay to park their bay for someone to bring their order. even if this process is new to me, I would not have seen several people coming and going bef... If I could give this place zero stars I would. I never got a receipt and I never got my drinks. I am beyond disappointed with your management and employees at this location! Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will never go here or recommend that anyone go here! I initially stopped here because my 5 month old daughter was crying and I needed to feed her so we pulled into the parking spot and pressed the button and ordered my other daughter a strawberry cheesecake milkshake and my husband got his shake and I ordered a large water so I could use the water to clean out my daughters bottle so I could feed her. After waiting twenty minutes and already seeing a message on the screen that bernasia or someone was on the way and them never arriving we pressed the red button for them just to ask us to place the order and after explaining that we already had place an order twenty minutes ago and being told it would be right out...it never came.. so another 10 minutes later we pressed the button again just to be ignored and nobody would talk to us.. it just kept blinking and blinking and blinking. So I called the actual store number and when I asked for the manager she blamed it on short staff and then when I asked if we could get a refund she cussed me out, called me a b Infront of my two daughters and then told me to f off and hung up on me and when I called back to ask for a refund the second person did the exact same thing. When my husband went there to ask what the deal was she kicked him out of the store! Haven't got our money back either! Those people employed at that store should not be in the customer service industry if they can't first off do their job, second they could have calmly explained there was a shortage (even though my husband saw six people in the store just hanging out not doing anything) but to cuss me out and hang up on me twice is just unacceptable I will never be back to this store or any sonic restaurant and I will tell everyone about my experience so they don't have to endure some stranger chasing their mother out over their phone attached to their car.
This location is very unsatisfying! I got the crispy chicken sandwich and it was old and soggy. My cheddar poppers breading was raw and the cheese was not melted and my fries were old. They have very rude employees and I'm never coming to the establishment again..
I wanted a supersonic bacon double cheeseburger with no mayo and no lettuce. The girl kept taking off tomato. She did it three times. Finally I got frustrated and said just give me whatever and I'll take it off myself. Tots were greasy and under seasoned. Shake was really good.

Well, this was my first time using the app and the whole over all process. I only ordered drinks (lemonade/tea with a splash of cranberry, and my two girls had that new sour patch kid float like drink and no food at all. You have to place your order in the app, once you get to a bay to park put your bay in for someone to bring your order. Even though this process is new to me, I should not have seen several people come and go before getting my order. Don't get me wrong, my waitress (Bri)had a great attitude and really sweet even though it was so hot out. But realistically, I rather had gone through the drive thru, I never spent that much time at sonics just getting drinks
