I usually come to this location every night, usually around 11:30 P.M on the way to pick up my bf from work, I always order the junkyard fries. Most of the time... read more I usually come to this location every night, usually around 11:30 P.M on the way to pick up my bf from work, I always order the junkyard fries. Most of the time they are so cold the cheese doesn't even melt on them. The chili is cold like the warmer itsits on is off, the bacon is hard as if it has been sitting all day, and the fries are cold as ice. I love the fries during thetimes they are hot/fresh but it is a rare occasion that I get them hot. If i ask the employees on 3rd shirt to make the friesfresh they reply ?they are? when they usually aren?t. It doesn?t take very much time to just drop a basket of fries and cookthem for three mins, to satisfy a paying customer. Not to mention i stopped ordering krystal's burgers, bc they was grey and rawordered a sackful one time just to throw then away haven't ordered them since. I am to the point of just not coming back to thislocation again. I don?t know who the manger is on night shift but they do not enforce the food safety for their customers forsure. I hope they passed servesafe because Whew they sure don?t use what they learned. The sign on the front window ?served hot& fresh daily? is false advertisement for this location because it is never hot or fresh. The employees do not care about theirjob on night shift not one of them. The ones you might think does, I promise they don?t. Very disappointed in how bad thislocation has gotten over the years. I would love to see the owner turn this location around before its to late!

We waited for at least 10 mins to be waited on and then they were very rude and out food was barely warm and they only half heard ourorder so we had to wait for other stuff that they had forgot to put on the ticket. Staff shouldn't be outside arguing wherecustomers can hear it's very unprofessional

How did they know that I needed something from the grill? It sounded like an easy way to clear the drive-thru linewithout taking care of any orders.
