I really appreciate the convenience of having my lunches prepared for the entire week. It's also great to be able to grab a smoothie on my way to work each day! I've successfully swapped my daily Starbucks for a healthier option now. I've tried four of the meals so far, and both the portion sizes and flavors are fantastic. Thanks for making eating healthy so easy FitStop! They have a great variety of meals to fit whatever your diet restrictions are. Crystal was super easy to talk to and work with to create my individualized meal plan. She heard my needs and met them all. Plus, the smoothies are just the best sweet treat around!

Absolutely best meal prep ever!!!! They was able to customize my meals how I wanted. And having everything on the label made it easy for me to keep track of my diet. Highly recommend!!!! Go check them out.
