I waited in the drive-thru for 5 minutes wi... read more I wish I could give this restaurant zero stars, but I had to settle for one. The staff is incredibly unprofessional. I waited in the drive-thru for 5 minutes with no response, despite there being cars in front of me. When I finally went inside, the cashier was too busy drinking a soda to take my order. They only had a limited menu of drinks like Pepsi, sweet tea, and Mountain Dew. The chicken and biscuits were cold and hard. When I asked for a manager other than the shift supervisor, they couldn't provide me with a name. KFC needs to consider closing this location to save their reputation.
