Was tol... read more First time ordering through app, and didn’t realize I would need to go in to pick up order. Went through drive-thru, in which, I was the only one there. Was told by cashier I needed to come in, but that she would give it to me this time through window. Chicken was very good, fries, not so much. Because I would need to go into KFC to get my order, that was my last visit.

I waited in the drive-thru for 5 minutes with no response, despite there being cars in front of me. When I finally went inside, the cashier was too busy drinking a soda to take my order. They only had a limited menu of drinks like Pepsi, sweet tea, and Mountain Dew. The chicken and biscuits were cold and hard. When I asked for a manager other than the shift supervisor, they couldn't provide me with a name. KFC needs to consider closing this location to save their reputation.
