I also have experienced bad customer service and bad food at this particular location I don't know what the management is thinking when they are these people bu... read more I also have experienced bad customer service and bad food at this particular location I don't know what the management is thinking when they are these people but they really need to do some type of moral check to see if they even care about life in general. see what kind of customer service they would be especially during busy seasons.. everybody needs to follow Chick-fil-A's rules. they hire some of the sweetest kids and that reflects on those kids parents doing a good job of raising them. do a background check on them when they hire them.sincerely a loyal customer since the seventies.PS I want you guys to get it right because I love KFC..........

Was tol... read more First time ordering through app, and didn’t realize I would need to go in to pick up order. Went through drive-thru, in which, I was the only one there. Was told by cashier I needed to come in, but that she would give it to me this time through window. Chicken was very good, fries, not so much. Because I would need to go into KFC to get my order, that was my last visit.
