Honestly, it made me think, "Would I really want to eat this?" before serving it to customers. Unfortunately, this isn't just a problem at Jack's—it reflects a broader issue with the service industry in Athens, Alabama. While there are occasional good experiences, I feel my frustrations are valid.

I spoke with manager Steve at this Jacks and... read more We came to this Jack's after leaving the one on Hwy 31. The difference was crazy. Jacks on 31 needs to take notes! I spoke with manager Steve at this Jacks and let him know we loved our experience here vs the other Jack's. He and his team were working wonderfully together. The food was great, the restaurant was clean and we will definitely be back. Thank you for giving us such a good experience so we didn't give up on Jack's completely!
