The staff is always friendly. Last week, I had to wait a while for my food to be prepared. However, it definitely didn't taste fresh when I got home, and the burger seemed like it had been sitting out for too long.
Very friendly service, and overall good food. I would have given it five stars, but it appeared the grease my chicken biscuit was cooked in was quite old, which gave it an off taste.
This location is Jam up! I was greeted by a very polite and cheerful black lady this morning at the window, customer service is spot on, the food was most excellent, hot, fresh and fast... I have zero complaints on this location! They have never double dipped any of the food, tots, fries, etc., always hot and fresh... Best Hardee's I have had in a very long time...
Staff is friendly except one Caucasian older lady who is rude. On another note, I love..... LOVE the Frisco burger!!! I only come to this location Atl hwy) because Lexington Rd is a joke. I was highly disappointed in that location considering I live 5min from there. that's another story for another day) I don't get to Atl. Hwy often as I'd like to but when I do I am stoppingat Hardee's for a Frisco burger!!!!
The girl taking orders today(around 12pm)&was at the window,She had glasses.Was the rudest person I have ever meet!!Wonder why she works if she hates making a living SO bad! 2 other cars waiting said the same thing!! My kids where even asking me was shegonna hurt their food! What a shame
