I waited over half an hour for my fries and sub, and when my order finally arrived, the sub was missing ingredients. To make matters worse, I noticed the employees outside relaxing with their families while they were supposed to be working. I will not be returning to this restaurant again. They definitely need to reconsider their staff, as some should not be in customer service.

However, during my last trip, I noticed some people were not wearing face masks and others were not covering their noses. It seemed like the staff didn't address the issue. It’s disappointing to see that Dandy, like other stores, isn’t taking action on this matter. Why is that?

I started placing my order at one kiosk, but it froze before I could finish selecting my sub. I switched to another kiosk and submitted my order. While waiting to pay, I browsed the store, then stood in line behind a slow cashier who was chatting with another customer. After finally paying, I waited near the kiosks for my food. After 20 minutes, everyone else had received their orders, but mine hadn't been made because my ticket never printed. The food preparer knew my order but couldn’t make it without a ticket. She insisted she had repeatedly mentioned the need for a ticket, but I hadn’t heard this as I was either shopping or paying. In total, it took 37 minutes from placing the order at 6:59 pm until I left with my two subs at 7:37 pm. The preparer apologized for the delay, explaining she hadn’t received my ticket. I was disappointed by the poor customer service and lack of proper management. Next time, I’ll choose a place that doesn’t depend on customers to ensure their orders are processed correctly.
