My wife and I both ordered the sirloin Steak meal. The steaks were perfectly grilled and very good. We also had the broccoli rice side and Mashed potatoes. These were very good as well. Our fried Mushrooms as an appetizer tasted awesome. Service wasvery friendly and fast. Trey was our waiter, this young man made us feel special and went above and beyond our entire stay. TheCotton Patch was clean and well managed. We will be back!
Had the best waitress Monday at the restaurant in Athens, TX!!! The food was fantastic, too!! Prices were reasonable or comparable to most but the experience overall was the absolute BEST part of our Girl Trip weekend! Thank you, Angela N for beingthere for us that day and for being wonderful woman that you obviously are.
OMG! So good! We had the Rib-eye, shrimp, salmon, chicken salad sandwich, and grilled shrimp Alfredo pasta, and everyone loved their food! The fried pickles and brisket queso appetizers were awesome! We will definitely be back!
Had the 9.99 chicken fried steak Monday special the garlic mashed potatoes and fried okra. It was very good. The rolls were fresh, soft and so tasty. They were out of the green fried tomatoes and fried pickels, darn , but we had plenty to eat.

Ms. Amity Powell was our server! Great experience, kind and helpful. Easy conversationalist. Should consider her for marketing career within Cotton Patch franchise. Consistent in her duties, always ask how we were and if we needed anything. Definitely great experience! Mitchell
The waitress Angela Napps was excellent
Our server Autumn was so sweet and made sure we had everything we needed! Food was amazing. The fried pickles were wonderful! The staff were very friendly and made us feel right at home!
K-Lee was so nice and was a very good waitress. Very attentive to our needs. Dietary restrictions: More low-fat healthy options.
The food was hot and freshly cooked, and the jalapeño gravy on the chicken fried steak was spot on. We had a skillet fried cornbread...oh my goodness. What a treat! Our server Brittany Maples was amazing, and took care of us very well. Always a great lunch when we head to Cotton Patch.

This is a great place to gather with friends and family. The food is excellent, but it could benefit from having some daily specials as eating there frequently can get expensive.
We shared our first time at Cotton Patch having lunch there last week. Angela N. was our server and she made the experience awesome! So sweet, attentive and bubbly. We will go back just to see her. Oh...and the food was great too.
The food was great. My waitress Tierany was great. Not my personal experience but my observation of the service from another waitress to a lady who had 6 young grandchildren with her was absolutely unacceptable. The girl's boyfriend was sitting a couple of boots in front of me and she spent 99% of the time that I was there engaged with him. She was the one serving the grandmother with the grandchildren and when a glass of water was spilled by the grandmother other the waitress did not help to clean it up. She did go back to the back and get some additional napkins, nautical and not enough napkins enough napkins and she just laid him on the table and walked back over to her boyfriend and left the grandmother to fend for herself. I was absolutely appalled. I do have the name of that waitress and if the store's manager would like to contact me I'd be happy to share it with him. So if you go to cotton patch, expect good food and expect really great service if you ask for Tierany.
Food is really good! The street tacos were incredibly good and I highly recommend them. Service was pretty fast and they have plenty of room for the family.
Wonderful experience! After leaving vacation in Dallas we found ourself in Athens looking for something good to eat. We found Cotton Patch Cafe and had a wonderful experience. As a family of 5 with 3 small children the hostess was quick and accommodating when seating. The food was great with a little bit of everything on the menu to please everyone in the whole family. Restaurant is clean and neat. The BEST part of the entire experience was our waitress Ms. Angela Napps! She went over and beyond for our family. She was patient and kind with our children and made them feel super special during our dining experience. There should be more people in this world just like her! We will be going back to the Cotton Patch Cafe in the future!
