The bouncers and staff made me uncomfortable during a casual night out with friends, just wanting to enjoy a few drinks. As someone who has frequented downtown areas, I do not recommend this place. The management/owner needs to make some changes to ensure more respectful and competent individuals are in charge. I suggest looking for somewhere else to go. There are plenty of better options than this poorly-managed establishment.

Never had an issue, and if they need some customers to behave correctly they'd ask nicely. Always had a great time with the people and bouncers. Servers were way more welcoming than the staff at jerzees. Would recommend cloud to anyone tan what is now some 17 something bar and grill
