The bouncers and staff made me uncomfortable during a casual night out with friends, just wanting to enjoy a few drinks. As someone who has frequented downtown areas, I do not recommend this place. The management/owner needs to make some changes to ensure more respectful and competent individuals are in charge. I suggest looking for somewhere else to go. There are plenty of better options than this poorly-managed establishment.

I never encountered any issu... read more During my visit, I wish I had found Clouds before I knew about Eideen. I always had a great time there and the staff was fantastic. I never encountered any issues, and if they needed customers to act appropriately, they would kindly ask. I always enjoyed spending time with the staff and pets. The servers were much friendlier than those at Jerzees. I would recommend Clouds to anyone looking for a friendly bar and grill experience.
