The service is always friendly, but with only one server on duty at times, you might have to wait up to 10 minutes to be attended to. There’s also no ride service available. I would rate them 5 stars if it weren't for the management's decision to avoid artificial sweeteners; they only offer honey or raw sugar. Sometimes you just want sugar in your tea or coffee, right? It's a bit disappointing! Despite that and the occasionally awkward hours, the cafe remains a lovely place with great drinks, a pleasant ambiance, and friendly staff.

The space is bright and spacious, thanks to the large windows and open layout. They offer delicious Silverbridge coffee and tasty breakfast pastries. However, it's worth noting that there isn't a lot of room for large groups. It’s conveniently located just a short walk from the cycle path, making it easy to stop by after a ride.

They had only one chai left: so I allowed my friend to get it while I tried one of their wide selection of local teas. The Royal Cinnamon tea was tasteful and all our treats were nice compliments to our drinks. And a very cool atmosphere.
