When I went to pick up my DoorDash order from the shelf, an employee yelled at me and asked what I was doing. I explained that I was there to collect my order, but she insisted that I needed to pay for it. I had to clarify that it was already paid for!

Showed up, had to wait to get seated even though it was only 7:30 on a Sunday morning. Then was told someone would be with me. This time I only waited about 15 minutes before giving up and leaving. I just knew I would be wasting all morning here. It's a bad sign when you have to wait that long for even just a glass of water when only 2-3 other tables in the entire restaurant are occupied. Go to any other Bob Evans but this one.Original: I've had so many bad experiences at this Bob Evans, and it's the only one I've ever had a bad experience at. The service is the problem. Once I was seated early in the morning with hardly any other customers there and I was completely forgotten about. I left after at least 1/2 an hour without anyone noticing.
