Start your evening at 9 Tables by arriving early for your reservation. Inform Tyler that you are early and then take a stroll through the charming old company town. You will find a bicycle shop, an old business that takes care of the beer station, and many other historical buildings. Situated right on the Hockhocking Adena Bike Trail, you may not have even realized that it was accessible by car. Prepare to enjoy a truly high-quality dining experience at 9 Tables. This is not fast food! The opportunity to sit back, relax, and savor a real meal is something my husband and I have not found anywhere else in the area. The food, ambiance, and company have never disappointed us. The unique menu options may initially seem outside your comfort zone, but give them a try, you'll be glad you did. I was craving French onion soup during our last visit, but ended up being pleasantly surprised by the carrot, mushroom, and barley stew. I can't wait to see what will be on the menu next time we visit! The most challenging part of your evening will be slowing down and truly engaging with your dining companions. The dishes are served at a leisurely pace, so if you're used to rushing through a meal, you'll be pleasantly surprised. In our fast-paced world, it may be tempting to check your phone, but I urge you to leave it in your car. Sit back, enjoy the atmosphere, and take a moment to relax. It's not your typical dining experience, but an opportunity to savor great food in a quaint old house with delightful company. April is "Chicken Month" at 9 Tables, and we can't wait to return!
