Sweet Lady offers perfect souvlaki and has been delighting the community with her delicious Greek cuisine for years.
The photo shows two hot dogs, even though it claims to be one. One of them had mustard on it, which I had to completely remove, and the bun was soggy, so I ended up throwing it away. After cleaning the hot dog, I gave it to my dog. The souvlaki was also dry. I'm not sure if the manager was present, but it didn't seem like it! When I visited in person, the woman working there lost my $20 bill and denied ever receiving it. I don't want to punish her by not returning, but I told my brother not to buy from her whenever the other lady is working! Perhaps because you're a man, she might be intimidated. Be assertive and make her think twice!
The owner is wonderful, and I truly appreciate her, but I had a disappointing experience with one of her staff. The woman working there claimed that I didn’t give her the $20 I handed over, even though I clearly placed it on the counter. I was watching for it, so there's no way it could have just disappeared. Instead of acknowledging the money, she ended up charging me more. Feeling frustrated, I decided to walk away and made up my mind not to return as long as that staff member is there. I hope to visit again when the lovely souvlaki lady or the man is working, but until that other woman is gone, I won't be able to support the restaurant.
Souvlaki Lady is the best! Love their food especially the quinoa salad. Surpasses the other souvlaki stands
