I have dined at Metro for the third time and I am always pleased to have a neighborhood spot that puts in effort like these guys do, hence the four-star rating. I have tried the cauliflower, the impossible meat, and the soy chorizo. The food is simple and unseasoned, but with a bit of lime or hot sauce, it can be easily fixed. Everything is fresh and I'm happy to have them in the area.

This is my third visit to this restaurant. I am always thrilled to have a place in the neighborhood that puts in a lot of effort, and these guys really do, hence the four stars. I ordered the cauliflower, impossible meat, and soy-Chorizo. The food is simple and lacks seasoning, tasting quite bland. However, a squeeze of lime or some hot sauce easily fixes this issue. The ingredients are fresh, and I am glad to have this restaurant nearby.
This restaurant is sure to please, but keep in mind it is not completely vegan.
This restaurant is sure to impress, but it's worth noting that it's not fully vegan.
