El Mariachi Corporation - Astoria

This is by far the best Mexican food I had in the whole city of New York. Please leave at least once. You won't regret it.

Open 2pm to 1am for take out and delivery during the Pandemic! The food is so authentic (Mexican American but still) and robust, great carnitas and nachos, spicy when you need it to be, quick service. A neighborhood institution.

I've had a lot of Mexican food but I really must say this is my FAVORITE. It always delivers and always hits the spot. Generous portions. Great prices. And all without sacrificing authenticity. My go to is usually a steak taco and a Oaxaca cheese tostada. Hits the spot EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I eat here at least once a week. Pictured here is the steak taco and nachos Tejanos. Delicious! There aren't many Mexican restaurants that put guacamole in there tacos. Luckly El Mariachi does! The tacos are seriously delicious. They let you order individual tacos so you can mix and match. Unlike other Mexican restaurants we're they force you to get a set of three tacos. Service is generally good and the menu is very affordable. They have three maragitas for $10 for happy hour which is pretty sweet. Parking is not the best. Take the train especially if your going for happy hour.

Hands down the best burrito I?ve had on the east coast! Having lived in LA for a few years I thought I would never find anything as good. Lo and behold. INCREDIBLE! ????????????????
