"The food here is amazing—fresh, healthy, and delicious! You must try the karrage; it’s the best I’ve ever had. There are plenty of vegetarian and vegan options, all of which taste fantastic. The restaurant is very family-friendly, with large tables for dining in, and they also offer great takeaway options. The kids love the cat-themed décor! As for parking, it’s located in a shopping center, so there’s always plenty of available parking.".
What User doesn't like about Saiko Sushi:
I was really disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. They didn't offer any nigiri sushi, and without even the most basic form of sushi, I don't think they can truly call themselves a sushi restaurant. Overall, the food was very disappointing, and I would rate it 1 out of 5. The service also received a 1 out of 5, as did the atmosphere. I expected much more. View all feedback.
This restaurant offers great value for a quick lunch. I ordered the chicken teriyaki bento box for $15.50, and it included a generous amount of food. The box came with a salad, miso soup, a healthy portion of chicken and rice, as well as fried prawns, gyoza, and a few other items. I highly recommend trying their fried chicken, especially with the sweet and spicy sauce. It’s delicious!
Best sushi everrrrr!! Love it. Especially the sweet potato. Yum!
Delicious lunch!. Came here for lunch with two others (Photos are in the restaurant photos section). They have some great, cheap lunch deals which are shown clearly on a sign in the window. We ordered the chicken bento box lunch special (I believe it was $15.50) and spicy salmon and avocado sushi (which was around $7 for 8 pieces). The chicken bento was delicious, and was great value, seeing as it was probably meant for one person, but fed all three of us! It came with an array of deep fried seafood, salad, rice, and miso soup. The miso wasn't amazing, but the chicken was one of the best I have ever tasted! It had a nice smokey taste, and the sauce wasn't overpowering or too salty or sweet. The spicy salmon and avocado sushi was made fresh for us, and was also delicious; the only con is that they are hard to eat, unless you are experienced with chopsticks. The staff were friendly; they even waved goodbye to us as we left, and thanked us for eating there!Only bad thing is that they open at 11 and we were there earlier, already hungry!
To start, I enjoyed a refreshing Lychee Tea, which was a great choice. The Chicken Karaage was also delicious—it's made by deep-frying marinated chicken that is lightly coated in wheat flour or potato starch. I was a bit concerned that the meat appeared a little too brown, but the flavor, especially when paired with the mayo soy sauce, was quite good. While it wasn’t the best I’ve had, it was still enjoyable. The tempura vegetables—ranging from sweet potato and broccoli to zucchini and pumpkin—were a delightful surprise! They were expertly prepared and utterly delicious. You absolutely have to try them; they were fantastic from the first bite to the last crumb. Wow!
The food is absolutely delicious and worth every penny. The service was even better! I really appreciate how close it is to home as well. I won't be going to Sushi Train anymore; it's just not worth it.
